The following guarantee terms and conditions apply:

Adapter Guarantee

Electronic control gears from Calex Global Ltd are noted for their first-class engineering, state-of-the-art circuit design, high-quality components, and systematic quality assurance. Therefore, Calex Global Ltd is in the position to offer a full 2-year guarantee on its electronic control gears (CLXT5-14W, CLXT5-21W, CLXT5-28W, CLXT5-35W). The guarantee period starts when the respective lighting system is first put into operation.

The 2-year Guarantee covers electronic control gear operated according to Calex Global Ltd specifications. In the event of any defects, Calex Global Ltd will, free of charge, repair or replace or provide a credit note for electronic control gear that has demonstrably failed during the respective guarantee period owing to a material or manufacturer’s fault.

Calex Global Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any guarantee claim, therefore it is necessary to return the defective control gear.

General conditions

Statutory guarantee claims are not affected by this guarantee and shall apply independent from it and in parallel. Calex Global Ltd Head Office will handle all guarantee claims. External applications are exempt from guarantee.
